Because of their uniqueness, ASOs, PEOs and HR Outsourcing companies benefit greatly from legal counsel that helps them avoid the potential of costly litigation, yet few law firms in the country provide such services. Berger & Childs, P.A., is one of them. 

Commercial Litigation – Prosecute and defend disputes arising from commercial contracts in state and federal courts, including contracts with vendors, customers, and employees.

Business Litigation – Prosecute and defend disputes arising from business transactions in state and federal courts.  Represent all types of businesses (e.g., corporations, partnerships, LLCs) and their owners in disputes over business management and ownership, including claims of breach of fiduciary duties and shareholder rights.

Alternative Dispute Resolution – Represent and advise clients in mediation, arbitration, and other private and court-ordered alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
