Commercial Litigation – Prosecute and defend disputes arising from commercial contracts in state and federal courts, including contracts with vendors, customers, and employees.
Business Litigation – Prosecute and defend disputes arising from business transactions in state and federal courts. Represent all types of businesses (e.g., corporations, partnerships, LLCs) and their owners in disputes over business management and ownership, including claims of breach of fiduciary duties and shareholder rights.
Intellectual Property Litigation – Prosecute and defend businesses in disputes involving trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in state and federal courts.
Real Estate/Property Litigation – Prosecute and defend disputes regarding boundary lines, title, and construction. Represent commercial and residential landlords in tenant disputes.
General Civil Litigation – Prosecute and defend a variety of civil matters in state and federal courts.
Alternative Dispute Resolution – Represent and advise clients in mediation, arbitration, and other private and court-ordered alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
